Dr. Sen-Maw Fang, Ph.D
Chairman

Dr. Fang began his career as a staff pharmacist in Taipei, Taiwan, culminating to professorship at the University of Utah.  After 16 years as a professor of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, Dr. Fang retired from academia and founded AMT Labs, Inc. in 1988.  Starting with just seven employees, Dr. Fang now employs over 70 employees and has expanded the company from 12,000 square feet to over 170,000 square feet today.

His expertise in pharmacology has been instrumental in formulating a myriad of custom products for customers around the globe.  Dr. Fang also has two patents: Carnitine Creatinate and Amino Acid Pyruvate Salts.  With over 16 years of teaching experience, Dr. Fang brings his passion for teaching into the lab and to customers.  Dr. Fang is also active in the Chinese community and serves on numerous foundations to give back to the community.


Bing Fang, MBA
CEO

Prior to joining AMT Labs, Bing was in the corporate banking industry for six years.  In 1989, he joined AMT Labs as Vice President and focused his efforts on marketing and expanding sales internationally.  In 1997, he became President of AMT Labs. Bing earned his MBA from Westminster College and is active in the community serving on various advisory boards as well as being a Trustee at Westminster College.


Dr. Oliver Fang, MD
VP of Strategic Coordination

Oliver earned his MD from the University of Utah and brings his knowledge of laboratory testing expertise to AMT Labs.  Since joining AMT Labs as Vice President of Research and Development, Oliver organizes and trains the research and development department as well as overseeing all laboratory personnel on various high tech analytical equipment.  With the company's growth and Oliver's knowledge of testing and product formulations, AMT Labs is poised to offer exceptional products to its customers.


Layne Hadley
President

Shortly after Dr. Fang took over management of AMT Labs in 1988, Layne came aboard in the financial area. As the company grew, so did Layne’s involvement. In 1995, he received his Masters of Professional Accountancy (cost & systems). That same year he installed AMT Lab’s first integrated manufacturing, inventory and accounting software.  In 1997, he became Vice President over finances.  In 2008, Layne began serving as the company’s President, responsible for day-to-day operations.  Layne enjoys working with people and believes in taking his knowledge and experience into local schools and church groups.  He is proud of and dedicated to AMT Labs’ tradition of high quality products, personalized customer service, and strong employee relations.
